Today’s office is a beautiful rooftop in Cusco, Peru. I’ve just finished my second time hiking to Machu Picchu and now it’s time to rest up and get back to work. I love the process of carving out a little space for laptop + headphones + work and I’m getting better at it. Everywhere I go travelers are in awe of the concept that you can travel the world and yet still have a meaningful career, maintain personal and business relationships and generally live a location independent life. I started writing about it after a 2 month trip to Spain, but I’m working hard on the beginnings of a much larger project around this theme: writing, research, interviews, apps and tools to help people Work Everywhere. Keep an eye out for announcements soon.
It’s very much a work in progress, I’m screwing up a lot and learning every day but it’s incredibly exiting and I can’t wait to share more.
For somebody who does a much better job of the Today’s Office theme check out Future Perfect.
